Stoneybatter Project Update

We have lift off! The strip out has begun on my Stoneybatter project.

This is an exciting stage of the project where we start to expose original features (hopefully) and the client gets to see the house brought back to its original structure!

This is also when we find unforeseen obstacles, which may need a revised design - for example, this structural post under the stairs.

The new flooring, tiles, doors, sanitary-ware and kitchen have been ordered.

Because this is a small project, I will be meeting the builder on site every week. Next I will be meeting the client on site to pick paint colours. Exciting!
