Renovation of Terraced House, Stoneybatter, Dublin 7

My clients we looking to renovate and modernise their terraced house in Stoneybatter. The clients were looking to create a cosy living room in the front and a light and airy dining and kitchen space. The dining room felt very enclosed so the under-stairs storage was removed to give a hobby area, and a new slatted balustrade was added. To bring more light into the back room, the existing window was replaced with a “window-door” to also give access to the garden. A new kitchen and bathroom layout increased the sense of space and storage.
